Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 7, 2026
We at BEPO 360 ("BEPO 360", "we" or "us") respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, store it and share it, and what your rights are. Using the Service constitutes acceptance of this policy, alongside the Terms of Use.
1. What information we collect
- Information you provide to us — when registering, ordering a service or contacting us, such as name, email address, phone number, contact details and the billing details required for an order.
- Customer Content — files, images, video, audio, panoramas and text that you upload or provide to us for the purpose of providing the Service, as detailed in the Terms of Use.
- Technical and usage information — information collected automatically during use, such as IP address, browser and device type, access times and basic usage data, required to operate and secure the Service and to prevent misuse.
- Aggregate viewing data — to count views of experiences, we use an anonymous visitor identifier stored in your browser. This identifier does not include personally identifying details and is not used for cross-site tracking.
2. How we use the information
We use the information for the following purposes only:
- Providing, operating, maintaining and improving the Service.
- Managing the engagement, the account, billing and support.
- Securing the system and preventing fraud, misuse and abnormal load.
- Producing statistical and aggregate data on use and views of the Service.
- Contacting you regarding the Service, and — subject to your consent and any law — regarding promotions and updates.
- Complying with legal obligations and the requirements of competent authorities.
3. Cookies and local storage
The Service does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and does not embed third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or an advertising pixel). Videos embedded in the Service are served in enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie).
For proper functioning, we use local storage in the browser (localStorage) to store essential functional preferences, such as the interface language, login details, display preferences and an anonymous visitor identifier for counting views. This data is stored on your device, is not used for cross-site tracking, and can be deleted at any time through your browser settings. Since this is essential functional storage only, without tracking cookies, no separate cookie-consent mechanism is required.
4. Sharing information with third parties
We do not sell your personal information and do not rent it to third parties. We may share information only in the following cases:
- Infrastructure and service providers — storage, cloud, payment-processing and communication providers acting on our behalf to provide the Service, who are obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of the information.
- Legal requirement — where we are required to do so by law, a court order or the demand of a competent authority.
- Protection of rights — as necessary to protect our rights, the Service and other users, or to prevent harm.
- Structural change — in the event of a merger, acquisition or transfer of activity, subject to the transferee accepting the principles of this policy.
5. Personal information in Customer Content
Where the Customer Content you upload includes personal information of third parties (for example, people appearing in event photographs), you are the owner of and responsible for that information, and we act as a data processor on your behalf only, according to your instructions and for the purpose of providing the Service. It is your responsibility to ensure a lawful basis for collecting, sharing and publishing such information, and to obtain all required consents, as detailed in the Terms of Use.
6. Data security
We take reasonable and customary technical and organizational security measures to protect the information against unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure, including encryption during transit and storage, access controls and monitoring. However, no system is entirely immune, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection. In the event of a material security incident, we will act in accordance with our legal obligations.
7. Data retention and deletion
We retain personal information and Customer Content for as long as they are required to provide the Service, maintain the engagement and meet our legal obligations. At the end of the retention period, upon termination of the engagement or at your request, we will delete or anonymize the information, subject to retention obligations under the law and to the data retention policy detailed in the Terms of Use. Certain information may be retained in backups for a further limited period until they are cycled.
8. Your rights
Subject to the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and any applicable law, you have rights in relation to your personal information, including:
- Right of access — to receive information about the personal data we hold about you.
- Right of correction — to request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- Right of deletion — to request deletion of information, subject to exceptions under the law.
- Removal from mailing — to request removal from marketing mailing lists at any time.
To exercise your rights, you may contact us using the details in Section 12. We will handle your request within a reasonable time and in accordance with the law.
9. Transfer of data outside Israel
Some of our infrastructure and cloud providers may store or process information outside Israel. In such cases, we act to ensure that the information is protected at an adequate level and in accordance with the law applicable to the transfer of information outside the borders of the state.
10. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and use of the Service by a minor under the age of 18 is permitted only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. If you become aware that information of a child under the age of 13 has been provided to us without authorization, please contact us and we will act to delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with an updated date and will apply from the time of its publication. Continued use of the Service after the update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
12. Contact
